The SPCA is trying to collect 10000 signatures for this petition to the Prime Minister to raise the 'cruelty to animals' fine from a mere RM 200 to a hefty RM 10,000. Due to the insufficient number of signatures collected during the first phase of this petition, the SPCA is entering a second phase in hope to collect at least 100,000 signatures locally and internationally.

"Let us work together to bring justice to these voiceless animals"
